Purchase & Cancellation Policy

At PAWS Treats, we value our customers and aim to provide flexibility while protecting the integrity of our business. Please review our purchase and cancellation terms below.


One-Time Purchases

  • All orders are considered final sale once placed.

  • Because our products are food-grade items, we cannot accept cancellations or changes once an order has been processed.

  • If you need to make an adjustment to your order (e.g., shipping address), please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate, but adjustments are not guaranteed.


Subscription Orders

  • Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or canceled at any time through your customer account on pawstreats.com.

  • To avoid being charged for your next shipment, subscription changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

  • Once a subscription order has been billed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


Failed Payments & Billing

  • If a subscription payment fails, we may retry the charge or contact you for updated payment information.

  • Orders will not ship until payment has been successfully processed.


Refunds & Exceptions

  • Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returns and refunds for damaged or lost goods.

  • No refunds or cancellations are offered for customer error, change of mind, or unclaimed packages.

PAWS Treats reserves the right to update this Purchase & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
