Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., product launches, holidays), processing times may take longer.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship orders via major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Carrier selection is at our discretion to ensure timely delivery.

  • Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Delivery Estimates

  • Any delivery dates provided are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Risk of Loss & Damaged Goods

  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

  • If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Customers with a registered PAWS Treats account may qualify for free replacements on lost or damaged goods. See our Return Policy

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

International Shipping

  • At this time, PAWS Treats ships within the United States [and specify any other regions if applicable].

  • International orders (if enabled in the future) may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
