PAWS Treats Return Policy

At PAWS, we want tails wagging — not customers worrying. While our treats are crafted with care, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

✅ Free Returns (for Account Holders)

Customers who have created a free account at pawstreats.com are eligible for free returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • Damaged goods: If your order arrives broken, spoiled, or otherwise unusable.

  • Lost in transit: If your package never arrives due to a shipping issue.

If either happens, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost orders) and we’ll make it right — at no cost to you.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially used treat bags

  • Unwanted/incorrect orders due to customer choice

📩 How to Start a Return or Claim

  1. Log in to your account at pawstreats.com

  2. Go to Order History and select the order in question

  3. Submit a return/claim request with a quick description and, if possible, a photo of the product/package

Our team will review and confirm your eligibility within 48 hours.

⚡ Final Note

Free returns are available only for customers with an active PAWS account. If you checked out as a guest, don’t worry — you can always email us at hello@pawstreats.com and tell us about your returns claim.
